Open MailSubscriptions and payments are managed entirely by Apple. To view, change, or cancel your iWOOsah subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions. From there you can change plan, pause or cancel. Refunds are requested through reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple handles them directly.
