Welcome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iWOOsah mobile app and this website (together, "the Service"), provided by iWOOsah ("we," "us," "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you're under that age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
iWOOsah does not require an account, login, or username. Your birth data, meditations, and recordings live in the app sandbox on your device. You are responsible for the device you use it on, the Apple ID or Google account you sign in with for purchases, and any device backups (such as iCloud or Google Drive) that may include the app's data.
iWOOsah offers a single auto-renewing subscription — iWOOsah Yearly · $12.99 / year — sold through the Apple App Store (via StoreKit) on iPhone and iPad and through Google Play (via Play Billing) on Android. Pricing in your local currency is set by Apple's and Google's price matrices and shown on the paywall and the store listing before you confirm.
How auto-renewal works:
Once subscribed, the Service unlocks all currently-gated content for the duration of the subscription, including the personalized Today's Energy reading, today-for-you transits, aspects-to-you, the full Solfeggio music library across all five brainwave modes, and unlimited custom meditations.
When using the Service you agree not to:
iWOOsah and its associated logos, copy, software, designs, and audio assets — including the Solfeggio music tracks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes during the period of an active subscription (or for the free Theta-mode features, for as long as the app is on your device).
You retain all rights to the meditation names, voice recordings, notes, and birth data you enter into the app. None of that content is ever transmitted to our servers, and we do not claim any rights over it. You're solely responsible for backing it up if you wish to retain it across device changes or app deletions.
iWOOsah is provided for reflective, contemplative, and educational purposes only. The astrology, numerology, and meditation content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. If you have a condition that requires such advice, please consult a qualified professional. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iWOOsah and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device and (if applicable) cancelling your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (and, where applicable, the laws of the State of California), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the federal and state courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court if applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, surface a notice on next launch of the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
